This website is operated by COMPANY PLACEHOLDER SRL, a company registered in Romania, CUI RO00000000, registration number J00/000/2026, with its registered office at Address placeholder, Bucharest, Romania ("we", "us", the "Provider").

By ordering our services you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

We design, build and publish websites for businesses. Our core promise is that the design and build session takes approximately 20 minutes of active production time after you submit your answers to our five questions and provide the materials required.

The 20-minute reference describes production time, not the total calendar time of the project. Delays caused by missing content, missing domain access, third-party approvals or client feedback are not included in it.

Each package specifies what is included. Anything not listed in the chosen package is a separate, quotable service.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the price does not include: domain registration fees, paid stock photography, paid fonts, paid third-party plugins or subscriptions, copywriting in languages other than Romanian and English, photo or video production, advertising budgets, and ongoing content maintenance.

The company is registered for VAT in Romania. All prices displayed on this website and in this document are shown excluding VAT; the Romanian standard VAT rate of 21% is added at invoicing, and the VAT-inclusive amount is shown next to every price. Prices are fixed per currency and are never converted at an exchange rate: each item has a fixed price in euro and a fixed price in Romanian lei.

Landing page in 20 minutes — €249 + VAT (€301 incl. VAT) / 1.249 lei + VAT (1.511 lei incl. VAT): one premium one-page website with 5–7 sections, mobile optimisation, basic SEO and your contact details displayed on the page (phone, email and a WhatsApp button). Not included: a contact form with database, the domain, any branding item and any extra page. Maintenance is optional at €15 + VAT (€18 incl. VAT) / 75 lei + VAT (91 lei incl. VAT) per month and can be cancelled at any time.

Pro website — €449 + VAT (€543 incl. VAT) / 2.249 lei + VAT (2.721 lei incl. VAT): website with up to 6 pages, richer layout and animations, mobile optimisation and local SEO. A working contact form with database and the domain for one year are included at no extra cost. Not included: logo redesign, business card, letterhead, company presentation, bilingual version, blog and booking system — all available as paid add-ons. Maintenance is mandatory at €50 + VAT (€61 incl. VAT) / 250 lei + VAT (303 lei incl. VAT) per month for a minimum of 6 months, meaning a total maintenance commitment of €300 + VAT (€363 incl. VAT) / 1.500 lei + VAT (1.815 lei incl. VAT) and a minimum total of €749 + VAT (€906 incl. VAT) / 3.749 lei + VAT (4.536 lei incl. VAT) for the first 6 months.

Premium website — from €999 + VAT (from €1.209 incl. VAT) / from 4.999 lei + VAT (from 6.049 lei incl. VAT): everything in Pro, up to 12 pages and advanced animations. Included: logo redesign, business card, letterhead, company presentation, the bilingual RO/EN version and either a blog or a booking system (you choose one). Not included: e-commerce and custom integrations. This is a starting price: the final amount depends on the number of pages, the integrations required and the complexity of the project, and is confirmed in a written fixed quote before work starts. Maintenance is mandatory at €100 + VAT (€121 incl. VAT) / 500 lei + VAT (605 lei incl. VAT) per month for a minimum of 12 months, meaning a total maintenance commitment of €1.200 + VAT (€1.452 incl. VAT) / 6.000 lei + VAT (7.260 lei incl. VAT) and a minimum total of from €2.199 + VAT (from €2.661 incl. VAT) / from 10.999 lei + VAT (from 13.309 lei incl. VAT) for the first 12 months.

Platinum website — from €2.499 + VAT (from €3.024 incl. VAT) / from 12.499 lei + VAT (from 15.124 lei incl. VAT): everything in Premium, with no page limit. Included: an e-commerce or booking platform, custom integrations (CRM, payments, external APIs), blog and booking system, professional copywriting for every page, Google Business Profile setup, advanced SEO configuration and priority delivery. This is a starting price: the final amount depends on the number of pages, the integrations required and the complexity of the online shop, and is confirmed in a written fixed quote before work starts. Maintenance is mandatory at €150 + VAT (€182 incl. VAT) / 750 lei + VAT (908 lei incl. VAT) per month for a minimum of 12 months, meaning a total maintenance commitment of €1.800 + VAT (€2.178 incl. VAT) / 9.000 lei + VAT (10.890 lei incl. VAT) and a minimum total of from €4.299 + VAT (from €5.202 incl. VAT) / from 21.499 lei + VAT (from 26.014 lei incl. VAT) for the first 12 months.

The following add-ons can be ordered with any package, at fixed prices per currency, excluding VAT (VAT-inclusive price in brackets): contact form with database €50 / 250 lei (€61 / 303 lei); domain for one year €25 / 125 lei (€30 / 151 lei); business card design €45 / 225 lei (€54 / 272 lei); letterhead design €30 / 150 lei (€36 / 182 lei); logo redesign €75 / 375 lei (€91 / 454 lei); company presentation €100 / 500 lei (€121 / 605 lei); extra page €60 / 300 lei (€73 / 363 lei); bilingual version €100 / 500 lei (€121 / 605 lei); blog €120 / 600 lei (€145 / 726 lei); booking system €150 / 750 lei (€182 / 908 lei).

Where an add-on is already included in the chosen package, it is not charged again. Add-ons are one-off charges, invoiced together with the package.

Maintenance covers: hosting and uptime monitoring, SSL certificate and its renewal, security and platform updates, content edits (text, images, prices), weekly backups with restore on request, and technical support by email and WhatsApp. Response times: within 72 hours for the Landing package, within 24 hours for Pro, within 4 working hours for Premium (priority support) and within a few hours for Platinum (priority support).

Monthly prices, excluding VAT (VAT-inclusive price in brackets): €15 / 75 lei for Landing (€18 / 91 lei); €50 / 250 lei for Pro (€61 / 303 lei); €100 / 500 lei for Premium (€121 / 605 lei); €150 / 750 lei for Platinum (€182 / 908 lei).

For the Landing page package maintenance is optional and can be cancelled at any time by email, with effect from the end of the paid month. For the Pro package maintenance is mandatory for a minimum of 6 months (€300 + VAT, €363 incl. VAT / 1.500 lei + VAT, 1.815 lei incl. VAT in total), for the Premium package mandatory for a minimum of 12 months (€1.200 + VAT, €1.452 incl. VAT / 6.000 lei + VAT, 7.260 lei incl. VAT in total), and for the Platinum package mandatory for a minimum of 12 months (€1.800 + VAT, €2.178 incl. VAT / 9.000 lei + VAT, 10.890 lei incl. VAT in total), counted from the date the website goes live.

After the minimum commitment period, maintenance continues monthly and can be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice sent by email to websitein20min@gmail.com, effective at the end of the paid month. Cancellation during the minimum period does not remove the obligation to pay the remaining months of the commitment.

If maintenance payments stop: the website files and content remain yours and are handed over on request in a standard, exportable format. Hosting, SSL and support provided by us are suspended, so the website stops being publicly accessible on our infrastructure until you move it to your own hosting. The domain is registered in your name and remains yours; if it was included in the package, its renewal after the first year is your responsibility and is paid by you directly to the registrar.

You may migrate the website to any other hosting provider at any time; we do not lock the files, the domain or the content, and no exit fee applies.

You place an order by completing the five-question form, by WhatsApp, by email or by phone. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order and the selected package in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including company details used on invoices and legal pages.

We are registered for VAT in Romania. Prices are displayed excluding VAT and 21% VAT is added at invoicing; the VAT-inclusive amount is also shown next to every price. The net amount and the VAT amount are shown separately on every invoice, issued in accordance with Romanian tax law.

Payment schedule: the one-off amount for the package and the selected add-ons is paid in a single instalment on delivery, before the website is published on your domain, based on an invoice. For Premium and Platinum projects agreed above the starting price we may agree in writing on two instalments: 50% on order confirmation and 50% on delivery.

Maintenance is invoiced monthly in advance, starting from the month the website goes live, and is paid within 5 working days of the invoice date.

Payment is made by bank transfer or card. Late payment of maintenance by more than 15 days allows us to suspend hosting and support after prior notice by email.

Delivery is made by publishing the website on a URL we provide or on your own domain, and by handing over access.

The initial session includes revisions on layout, copy and structure within the scope of the ordered package. Requests that change the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered website — its structure, design output, copy and code as delivered — transfers to you.

We retain ownership of our internal tools, workflows, reusable components and know-how. We may display the delivered project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock media, plugins) remain governed by their own licences.

You confirm that all content you provide — text, images, logos, trademarks, documents — is either owned by you or licensed for the intended use, and that it does not infringe third-party rights or Romanian law.

You are responsible for the legality of your own commercial claims, prices and professional authorisations displayed on the website.

We provide the service with professional care but do not warrant specific commercial results such as traffic, rankings, sales or lead volume.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for downtime caused by third-party hosting, domain registrars or external platforms, or for content published by you after handover.

Consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Romanian and EU law (OUG 34/2014).

Exception for custom digital services: because the website is produced to your specifications and performance starts immediately, by placing the order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

Where performance has not started, withdrawal can be requested by email at websitein20min@gmail.com.

The right of withdrawal for the maintenance subscription follows the same rule: it can be exercised within 14 days for months not yet performed.

Complaints can be sent to websitein20min@gmail.com and are answered within 5 working days.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.

Consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform SOL (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
