Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Delivering and invoicing the service: contract performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Analytics and site improvement: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.

Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months from the last contact.
